There many modalities available to expand coaching sessions in order to reach the highest level in the shortest amount of time. The following are the modalities I am certified in and a few others that I am currently working on certifications. It depends upon the client and what shows during the sessions for me intuitively for what I may use. As each client is unique, so is each session. Primarily I use EFT-Emotional Freedom Techniques as the primary tool. You can help me to devise the best method for you by stating what you prefer before or during the sessions.
